What if there’s a gateway community between the GTA’s economic engine and the splendours of Ontario's renowned cottage country? A place where the vitality of a live-work-play culture is combined with a lakeside community? A bold main street masterplan that emphasizes sustainability, art, local prosperity, social interaction, and health and wellness?
Our intention is to create a mixed-use development spanning 0.5 km adjacent to Lake Simcoe. This will be a destination location that combines essential and luxury retail & entertainment with multi-unit residential living. Our objective is to create a thriving walkable community that serves residents and domestic tourists.

When it comes to building sustainable communities, every decision has an impact now and in the future. Here are a few FAQs that will explain the way CETANA plan, design, and build sustainable communities, and how these plays an important role in livability and well-being
This development will transform the southside of Innisfil Beach Road from private individual family homes to 10 mixed-use buildings ranging from 3-6 storeys. These 10 buildings will have public commercial and retail spaces on the ground floor and residential units comprising the remaining floors above. As a result, Innisfil Beach Road will become a walkable community that will include essential and luxury retail and amenities, such as a cafe, restaurant, bakery, grocery store, community art & craft space, medical offices, and more. This will be a people first development, meaning walkability, public gathering spaces and naturalized landscapes will be a priority. Our goal is to positively impact the community through thoughtful and sustainable development.
